Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loopcraft ("Loopcraft", "the Service", "we", "us"), a creator publishing tool that currently lets creators connect one TikTok identity and publish original videos through TikTok's official API. By creating a creator space through TikTok Login or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the TikTok account used to access Loopcraft and for all activity that occurs in your creator space. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Platform integrations

The Service uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. Access to your TikTok account is granted by you via TikTok's OAuth authorization flow and can be revoked at any time from within Loopcraft or from your TikTok account settings. We never receive your TikTok password, and we act only on the publishing actions you configure. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, and you agree to comply with them for all content you publish through the Service.

If YouTube or Instagram integrations are enabled in a later release, access will likewise be granted through their official OAuth flows and may be revoked at any time. You may connect only channels and professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram terms, developer policies and community rules.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos, captions and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the Service (for example, uploading a scheduled video to a selected platform at the time you chose). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, including any music, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Loopcraft is designed for original creator content. You may not use it to copy arbitrary content from another platform or upload videos bearing another platform's promotional watermark, logo or link. Loopcraft does not add a watermark or promotional overlay to the media sent to TikTok.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post spam, misleading, infringing, unlawful or otherwise prohibited content;
• violate a destination platform's terms, community rules or developer policies;
• connect or operate accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform integrations, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination we will delete your stored content and OAuth tokens in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Loopcraft name or logo. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner; Loopcraft is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Google, YouTube, Meta or Instagram.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party services, currently including the TikTok API and, in future releases, potentially the YouTube and Instagram APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior or changes of those services, including API deprecations, rate limits, content moderation decisions, or the removal of published posts by those platforms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact configured time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty (50) US dollars.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you upload or publish, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of TikTok's policies.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated through the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
